Peter grew up in Southland but has been working from bases in Timaru and Christchurch for more than 30 years, with mostly Transport and Logistics related entities.

He has been an Owner and Director of Hilton Haulage since a management buyout in 1994.

He has also been a Director of various Companies including Workshop, Engineering and Transport businesses, and also a start-up Driver Training Company in Timaru.  Currently, he is also a Director of his Family Entities and a Trustee of Proactive Driver Education Trust, plus involvement in various Charitable Organisations.
