Peter has been involved with Hilton Haulage since 1981 undertaking various roles from Mechanic, Driver through to Managing Director and currently a Director of Hilton Haulage Limited Partnership. Peter is also a Director and Shareholder of Waka Capital.

Both his children Scott and Jennifer work for Hilton Haulage. Peter has also held various industry and community roles. Currently, he owns and operates a beef finishing farm just out of Timaru.
