We’d like to introduce two key new leaders in our team

ELLA FARRELL

Ella Farrell was recently appointed to the role of Chief Financial Officer. Ella is an experienced finance, and IT executive holding previous roles within construction, infrastructure, agriculture and professional services. Ella’s experience also extends into governance with a range of directorship roles.  Her strong commercial aptitude, proven success in developing and executing strategy, and driving successful change and transformation will be crucial in executing the long term strategy across the business.

HAYDEN MCMILLAN

Hayden McMillan re-joins our Hiltons whanau in the newly created role of General Manager Storage.  Hayden brings strong customer, commercial and planning skills to the storage division having held previous roles in senior management for 3PL providers and dairy manufacturing supply chains.  Management roles across the past 10 years have enabled Hayden to develop various planning, implementation strategies, with particular focus on, staff training, health and safety, property management and creating sustainable growth for various Dairy partners.
